Registration Fees:

Early Registration Fee: $110
Regular Registration Fee: $130 (after 9/27/2011)

On-site registration is available at the following times:

Wednesday 10/05/2011: 10 am - 7 pm
Thursday 10/06/2011: 7:30 am - 5 pm

You have the option of not only registering online but also making your payment online through PayPal. Please note that this is the only way in which you can use a credit card to pay the registration fee.

Belt Creek Field Trip Update!

Preconference: Wednesday, October 5, 2011

Busses for the field trip will begin loading at the hotel at 12:30 pm and will leave for the Belt area at 1:00 pm sharp. Don’t be late or the buses will leave you behind!

Refund Policy

Montana AWRA will offer a full refund – minus the AWRA membership fee – to anyone who has paid for the Montana Section AWRA Conference but cancels by Friday, September 30, 2011.

After that date, no refunds will be given.

Hotel Information

Call the Great Falls Hilton Garden Inn at 406.452.1000 to make reservations. Be sure to mention AWRA group name. A special block rate of $77 for a single or double room applies to all participants until September 12. The special rate does not include tax and incidentals.
