We have reached our registration limit for this year's field trip.

Refund Policy

Montana AWRA will offer a full refund – minus the AWRA membership fee – to anyone who has paid for the Montana Section AWRA Conference but cancels by September 23th. After that date, no refunds will be given.

Hotel Information

Call the Holiday Inn Downtown at the Park at 406.721-8550 to make reservations. Be sure to mention AWRA group name. A special block rate of $84 (same as government rate) applies to all participants when booking before August 31, 2009. The special rate does not include tax and incidentals. Participants are urged to make reservations by August 31, 2009 to ensure therate will be honored.
