The 1st Annual Minnesota Wetlands Conference,hosted by the MN Wetland
Delineator Certification Program and the MN Wetland Professionals Association, will be held on January 30, 2008 at the Continuing Education and Conference Center on the University of Minnesota's St. Paul Campus. This conference will present pioneering and practical information relevant to wetlands in and around Minnesota. The event will also provide an opportunity to discuss current and emerging issues among professionals working in the wetland community. This will be an excellent opportunity for working professionals, researchers, students, scientists, regulators, consultants, and wetland enthusiasts to come together and share their knowledge of wetlands in Minnesota and surrounding regions.
Who Should Attend:
• MN Certified Wetland Delineators • MN Wetland Professional Association Members • Natural resource managers • Scientists and Students from colleges and universities • Federal and state agency scientists and regulators • Local government officials • Private consultants • Staff of local, statewide and regional non-profit conservation groups • Volunteer leaders of non-profit conservation groups • Wetland enthusiast and concerned citizens • Anyone interested in wetlands!!!!
Continuing Education
Individuals either Certified or In-Training with the MN Wetland Delineator Certification Program will receive 6 hours of continuing education for attending the conference.

Conference Program
The 1st Annual MN wetlands Conference will be held on January 30, 2008. The conference will begin at 9am and run till 4pm, with lunch provided at noon.
