Using our ONLINE DOCUMENT LIBRARY

The LIBRARY is very similar to the PUBLIC Documents folder except for one thing -- registered members can only download files and documents from the LIBRARY. The site administration is the only one who can upload files to the LIBRARY. This is to assure that the document and forms that the administration provides you through the library are the originals and haven't been modified -- and can't be accidently deleted.

Using the LIBRARY is easy. As a registered member you have access to the LIBRARY folder in the Data Manager. This is the area where you wil find the data collection forms necessary to submit data, monitoring manuals, tutorials, and anything else the site administration thinks would be helpful and useful to you. As usual, guests can access the LIBRARY and, like registered members, can only download files.

If you aren't a registered member, you can login using the Username 'guest' with the Password 'guest'. If you'd like to be a member, you can register and obtain your own Username and Password.

LOGIN TO THE SITE

The first step to accessing the LIBRARY is to login to the site. Use the Username and Password you received when registering, or login as a "guest". For more help logging in or with the registration process, please read the HELP files.

USING THE DATA MANAGER TO ACCESS THE LIBRARY

  2. Scroll down past your "PRIVATE Data" folder until you see the folder "LIBRARY Documents". You'll notice a variety of folders within the "LIBRARY" folder. Click on any folder to see the files and documents inside.

  3. The folder you choose will become the active folder will move to the top of the Data Manager. You will also notice that you have a variety of icons and tools available for each file listed. You wil not, however, see the "Delete" or "Modify" icons as only the administration can delete or modify LIBRARY files. For more information about the icons and tools, and the Data Manager in general, please visit the HELP section.

  4. You will notice that the area "Upload File" will still be present at the bottom of the Data Manager although you will not have the ability to upload files to the LIBRARY. If you attempt to upload a file, you will receive a message at the top of the Data Manager telling you it is not allowed. ****NEW Shot Needed Here
