The first step in submitting your data is to login to the site.
Use the Username and Password you received when registering. If you aren't a
registered member, please register now. For more help
logging in or with the registration process, please read the HELP files.
Before you can submit
any data to the site, you need to obtain the data monitoring forms to record
your data and other necessary information. The forms are Excel documents, and
are available from the site LIBRARY under Monitoring
Forms.
It is very important that you completely download the forms before
you enter any informtion into them! Some browsers are set to automatically
open Excel documents within the browser window. This is fine for viewing the
documents, but if you enter any information into the form while open in the browser
window you will not be able to save the changes. It is best to completely download
the forms on to your computer and open them locally.
You need to login to the site to access files in the
LIBRARY. If you are a registered member, use your Username and Password to login
and proceed to the LIBRARY. If you aren't a registered member, you can login
using the Username 'guest' with the Password 'guest'. If you aren't a member,
you can register and obtain your own Username and
Password. |
